Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Llenoj Couture products! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and unused
In its original packaging
Returned within 30 days of purchase
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at ambers@shopllenojcouture.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at ambers@shopllenojcouture.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
